If you are in a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. AcciBridge is a guide, not an emergency service and not a legal service. We share general information to help you stay calm and organized after an accident. For medical emergencies, call 911. For legal questions about your specific situation, please speak with a licensed attorney.
Why we exist

Built for anyone far from home.

An accident is hard enough on its own. It is harder when you do not speak the language well, when you do not know how the system works, when you are stressed and confused and do not know who to trust. The first World Cup in the United States in 30 years will bring millions of visitors. Many of them will rent a car. Some of them will be in accidents. They will not always speak English.

"Everyone deserves to understand what is happening to them — in the language they think in, in the moment they need it most."

AcciBridge AI was built for that moment. For the family on vacation who got rear-ended on the way to the stadium. For the long-time resident who never had to navigate the insurance system before. For anyone, anywhere, who is suddenly in a stressful situation in a country that is not their own.

What AcciBridge helps you do.

A calm, step-by-step guide for the moments after an accident — when adrenaline makes it hard to think clearly and language barriers make it harder to ask for help.

01

Walk you through the scene

Clear steps to follow at the accident itself: how to stay safe, what to document, what photos to take, what information to write down.

02

Help you stay calm under pressure

Simple prompts that keep you focused when stress makes it hard to remember what to do next. One step at a time, in your language.

03

Connect you to your insurance

Direct phone numbers for major US insurance companies, plus a checklist of what to have ready before you make the call.

04

General information, plainly explained

Common scenarios after an accident in the United States — explained in simple language, without jargon. Not legal advice; just information to help you understand what is happening.

05

Translate confusing terms

A built-in glossary for insurance and accident-related vocabulary. Don't sign anything you don't understand. Tap the term, get a plain-language explanation.

06

Stay with you

If you stop responding mid-conversation, AcciBridge follows up to make sure you are okay. You are not alone in the moments after an accident.

Languages

Help in the language you actually speak.

AcciBridge launches with three languages and is adding more as native speakers from each community help us review the content. We don't ship a language until it sounds natural in the voice of the people we are trying to help.

Are you a native speaker who can help review one of the planned languages? Get in touch.

How it works.

Three steps. No app to download. No account to create. Just open WhatsApp.

1.

Save the number

Add the AcciBridge WhatsApp number to your phone before you ever need it. Save it like you'd save a doctor's number — for the moment you hope never comes.

2.

Send "ACCIDENT"

If something happens, open WhatsApp and send the word ACCIDENT. The bot replies in seconds and asks you which language you prefer.

3.

Follow the steps

The bot walks you through the situation — scene safety, what to photograph, who to call, what to gather. Calm, simple, in your language.

About

A founder's note.

I built AcciBridge because I have lived this moment myself. I was in an accident with my sister — both of us far from home, suddenly in a situation we did not understand. I was stressed. I was confused. I did not know what to do, who to trust, or what I was supposed to say next. We figured it out, eventually. But it should not have been that hard.

Then I heard the story of a woman from my church who went through something similar. People did not treat her fairly. She did not understand what was happening to her, and by the time anyone explained it, the damage was done. After that, I started hearing the same kind of story from other people in my community — different details, same pattern.

That is when it became clear to me that this had to exist. Not as a product. As a guide. Something simple, in your language, that walks with you through one of the worst moments you may ever have. So you are not facing it alone, the way my sister and I had to.

It is free for the people who use it, and it always will be. To keep it that way and to grow the team around it, we welcome partnerships, grants, and anyone who wants to support this mission.
